More: KitchenIt can. When an order arrives from the site, the kitchen accepts it with a preparation time or rejects it, and the guest sees that at once on the order page.
More: KitchenEvery status move asks for a second tap within 10 seconds. If there is none, the button goes back and nothing changes.
More: KitchenYes, the kitchen screen and ticket printing are included in all plans, from Basic up.
More: KitchenStaff type it into the system, with the same menu and prices as on the site. An order like that is accepted at once, goes to the kitchen screen like any other, and shows that it was taken by phone and who entered it.
More: KitchenIt can, if you have switched scheduled orders on. When entering it you pick the day and time, from the same slots the guest sees on the site.
More: KitchenThey can. You switch automatic acceptance on in the settings, and it is off by default. An order from a phone number you have not delivered anything to yet is still looked at by a member of staff first.
More: KitchenThe system suggests a time from the slowest dish in the order and how busy the kitchen is. When the kitchen accepts the order, it picks 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, or more than an hour, and that is the time the guest sees on the order page.
More: KitchenThe ticket has a “+5 min” button. Every press extends the promised time by five minutes, and the guest sees the new time on the order page.
More: KitchenYou can. You pause ordering for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour or until closing, and after that it comes back by itself. While the pause lasts, the guest sees on the site that you are not taking orders right now, and can still browse the menu.
More: Web shopWhile an order from the site waits for an answer, the kitchen screen repeats the sound. If nobody accepts it within five minutes, a push goes to the people running the shift and an email to the venue’s address.
More: KitchenThey can, on the order page, until the kitchen has started preparing it. You get a notification about it at once. Once preparation starts, the button is gone and the guest has to call you.
More: Web shopIt is shown to the kitchen at least an hour before its slot, and earlier if preparation takes longer. Until then you see it on the order board, among the upcoming slots.
More: KitchenYes, with the “Nema više” (sold out) button on the kitchen screen. The dish stops being offered on the site and at the till at once, and the next morning it comes back on the menu by itself.
More: KitchenWhoever hands it over. On a ready pickup order on the kitchen screen you mark that it was collected and how it was paid, in cash or by card. If the guest does not come, you mark “Nije preuzeto” (not collected).
More: KitchenA thermal printer 80 or 58 mm wide, connected to a computer running the garlic.rs desktop app. Printing then takes one tap, with no print dialog. Without that app the ticket prints through the browser’s print dialog.
More: KitchenIt does not. One computer with a printer can print for the other devices in the venue too, so a ticket sent from the kitchen tablet comes out there. If that computer is switched off, the screen says it is not on.
More: KitchenOn the Basic plan you see the last 30 days, and on Plus and PRO the whole history. Older orders are not deleted: they become visible when you move to a larger plan.
More: PricingIn the order history you search by order number, the guest’s name or phone, the address or the name of a dish. You can also narrow the list by status, by how it was ordered and by date.
You can. From the order history you download a CSV file with the result of the current search, up to 10.000 orders per file. It opens in a spreadsheet program.
Yes. Every order has a record of events: every status change is there with the exact time and the person’s name. You also see how long each part took, from waiting and preparation to delivery.
