What sells, when and to whom, and what the accountant gets.
The dashboard and order analytics are in all plans, from Basic. Plus adds promotion performance. PRO adds menu analytics, guest analytics, promotion ideas and recommendations.
More: PricingTakings, the number and average value of orders, cancellations with reasons, preparation time and how many orders were ready on time. There is also the rush by day and hour, and a split by where the order came from (site, phone, till) and where it goes (delivery, pickup, dining room).
In menu analytics, in the PRO plan. It shows the best-selling and weakest dishes, those rising and falling, takings by category, sales by time of day and dishes that are ordered together. With it come suggestions, for example for a dish that sells well but has no photo.
Promotion performance, from the Plus plan, shows for each one the uses, the discount given and the takings of the orders that carried it. The basket is compared with orders without a promotion and you get a verdict: pays off, borderline or eats margin. It is a comparison, not proof: some of those orders would have happened anyway.
In guest analytics, in the PRO plan. You see new and returning guests by week, what share of new ones order again in the following months, how often guests order and a list of regular guests who have stopped coming.
Specific ones, naming a day, a dish or an amount. For example: which day is the weakest and deserves an offer, which two dishes are often ordered together and could make a bundle, or that preparation is slower than before. Every tip leads to the screen where the matter is dealt with.
Today’s takings and number of orders, compared with the same day last week, orders that are waiting and in preparation, best-selling dishes and the rush by hour. You add, remove and drag the cards. The dashboard is seen by the owner and the manager.
Yes. Every morning after 6 a report for the previous day arrives: takings, number of orders, average order and best-selling dish, with the same figures as on the dashboard. A day with no orders is not sent. There is no weekly or monthly report by e-mail.
Yes, with the till. The accountant pack is a monthly ZIP of CSV files: takings by day, orders by channel, VAT, complimentary items, voids, discounts and payments. You download it from Reports, and on the 1st of the month it also reaches the accountant, if you enter their e-mail. It does not replace the fiscal report.
More: Till and dining roomOrder analytics, menu analytics and till reports are exported as CSV, which Excel opens in columns and with Serbian letters intact. The dashboard is printed or saved as a PDF from the browser, and the till report is printed. There is no separate Excel (XLSX) file.
The last 30 days. Older orders are not deleted: you see them as soon as you move to Plus or PRO, where the history has no limit.
More: PricingYou do. From Settings the owner downloads everything in one ZIP file: orders with their lines, bills, payments, guests and the menu, as CSV for Excel. The export is available even while the subscription is paused, so you can take your data with you if you leave.
