WHAT YOU GET

Four things every venue loses daily — and how we get them back

POS AND FLOOR

Waiters enter the order at the table, not from memory

Your room on screen. A table changes colour the moment it is taken, the open bill is visible instantly, and the round splits between kitchen and bar.

  • A floor plan the owner draws
  • A PIN per waiter — every bill has an owner
  • Variants, add-ons and notes, same as the menu

KITCHEN

Kitchen and bar see the same thing, in the same second

The round splits automatically: food to the kitchen display, drinks to the bar. No paper slips, no guessing who ordered what.

  • Kitchen display with prep timers
  • Edits to a sent round need manager approval
  • Everything is logged — who, what, when

ONLINE AND DELIVERY

Your own online shop, with no per-order commission

Your menu online, card payments, driver assignment and delivery tracking. Online orders land in the same system as the dining room.

  • Storefront in your own colours
  • Drivers and live tracking
  • Promotions, coupons and loyalty

CAPABILITIES

Twelve things, and every one is a screen that exists

Your plan decides which of them you see. What you did not buy is not shown as locked — it simply is not in the menu, so the screen stays clean.

Your own site with your menu, photos and prices. A basket, delivery or pickup, and ordering for later.

No app the guest has to install — they get a link and the menu is open. An order from the site has no "what was it you said": the guest wrote it themselves.

Price, composition, variants, add-ons and allergens in one place. A change applies at the same moment on the site, in the kitchen and at the till.

When something runs out, the dish leaves the menu in three seconds — instead of being discovered only once a guest orders it.

Set menus per day, with a daily price that strikes through the regular one in the standard menu as well.

The calendar knows the fasts and the holidays, because a fasting dish is planned for the whole fast, not for a single day.

From the site, from the phone and from the counter. A manually entered order looks exactly like one that arrived on its own.

When a known number calls, the name, address and last order are already on screen — repeating it is one click.

Tickets in columns, readable across the whole kitchen, with one button for the next step.

Two timers: how long the dish has been in this step and how long in total since it was ordered. The second is the one the guest feels.

Taken, in preparation, ready, on the way — the guest follows it themselves, on the link that comes with the confirmation.

The time estimate shifts when the kitchen backs up, so the guest does not call to ask. That is one call fewer at the worst possible moment.

2+1, a free dish with an order, coupons, a discount by day and hour. Set once and applied on its own.

A campaign calendar and effect analytics: you see which one brought revenue and which only ate the margin.

History per guest, badges for VIPs and for those drifting away, points and rewards for coming back.

A guest who ordered every week and then stopped is flagged while they can still be won back, not once they have settled on somewhere else.

Ingredients, recipes and suppliers. A sold dish deducts its ingredients from stock by itself.

The purchase order is assembled from stock levels and e-mailed to the supplier — with no copying from a notebook and no "I thought we had some".

Shifts by day, week and month, absences and access rights per role.

It warns about a gap in the roster while it can still be filled, not on Saturday night when a guest notices it.

What sells, when, through which channel and for how much — compared against the previous period.

And concrete suggestions from your own data: which dish carries the revenue and which only takes up space on the menu.

Who took the order, who changed a price, who moved a ticket and when. History per order and per dish.

It is not there to catch anyone out, but so the venue can run when you are not in it. Data export is available on request, on every plan.

THE DIFFERENCE

Two things you rarely see elsewhere

Other systems do the rest. These two exist because a kitchen in Serbia works differently from the one in the manual.

CALENDAR

A calendar that knows the fasts

A kitchen in Serbia plans fasting dishes for the whole fast, not for a single day. The daily-menu calendar shows Orthodox, Catholic and Islamic dates, public holidays and the start of each fast — and warns you on the day a fast begins.

The same calendar sits in the shift roster, because staffing is planned around the same dates.

KITCHEN

Two timers on the kitchen display

The large number is the time in the current column — what the cook reacts to. Below it sits the total time since the order was placed, because that is what the guest feels.

A dish three minutes into prep but forty minutes into the wait no longer looks fresh.

WHAT A SHIFT LOOKS LIKE

The waiter sends the round from the table. The kitchen sees it before he walks back to the bar — and the bar gets the drinks alone, without the lines that are none of its business.

Frequently asked questions

How long does setup take?

Normally one working day: we install the hardware, migrate the menu and train the shift. Larger venues with two zones and delivery take two days.

What if the internet drops?

The POS runs locally and keeps every order. It syncs itself when the connection returns; fiscal receipts are filed with a delay, with nothing lost.

Can I use my existing hardware?

Usually yes — if you have Android tablets or Windows POS terminals we check compatibility before quoting and only charge for what has to be added.

How is it billed?

A monthly subscription per venue, with no per-waiter fee and no commission on online orders. Hardware is bought or rented.

Do you migrate data from my old system?

We migrate menu, prices, stock and the customer base. Sales history is imported when the old system can export it.

We set you up on Monday. Saturday runs itself.

Book a 20-minute demo. We run it on your menu and your floor plan.
