WHO IT IS FOR

Fast food

Fast food and bakeries have no waiters, no tables and no rounds. Most orders come from your web shop, then from the phone, and last from the counter — the setup follows exactly that order.

Fast food

01

The web shop as the main sales channel

Your menu on your domain, with photos, bundles and add-ons — no marketplace and no per-order commission. Hours, breaks and disabling an item are changed from the portal in real time, so guests cannot order what you cannot make.

02

Phone ordering with no app and no account

The guest opens a link or scans a QR and orders in three steps, paying by card or on pickup. If they have ordered before, the address and favourites are remembered, so the second order takes half a minute.

03

Counter and till on the same menu, as the third channel

What sells at the counter enters the same system as online orders — same items, same prices, same report. There is no second device for somebody to re-type afterwards.

04

An SMS to the guest when the order is ready

The guest gets a message when you accept the order and another when it is ready for pickup. The counter stops being a place where people wait and ask, and the queue clears itself.

05

Prep queue and ready-time

Every item has its own prep time, so the system works out when an order can realistically be done and promises exactly that. The kitchen screen queues up what to pack instead of guessing what arrived first.

06

A label per bag and driver handover

Every bag gets a label with the order number and contents, and the driver scans and takes only their own. Swapped orders and missing fries stop being a daily topic.
