WHAT YOU GET

Delivery and drivers

Delivery is a service you add on top of everything else. All it takes is knowing whose bag it is, where it goes, and when it was handed over.

Delivery and drivers

01

Delivery zones and per-zone pricing

Zones are drawn on a map, each with its own fee, minimum basket and estimated time. The guest sees straight away whether you deliver to them and what it costs.

02

A label per bag

When a round leaves the kitchen, the portal prints a label with the order number, contents and handling — hot, cold, drinks. The kitchen tags it, the driver takes only their own.

03

Driver assignment and routes

Orders are assigned to drivers manually or automatically, by zone and by load. On the phone the driver sees the list, the address and the order, and scans bags on handover.

04

Tracking and handover confirmation

The guest follows the status and the estimate, and the handover time stays on the order. Disputed deliveries are settled with data, not memory.

05

Delivery fees and driver cash-up

The delivery fee, the tip and the payment method all sit on the same bill. At the end of the shift each driver has their own count of deliveries and cash collected.
