DRAFT — fill in the bracketed values and have this reviewed by a lawyer before publishing. It describes what the site actually does, but it is not legal advice.
This page describes what data garlic.rs collects through this website, why, how long it is kept and what your rights are.
Who the controller is
[Registered company name], [company number], [tax number], [registered address], Serbia. For anything about your data: info@garlic.rs.
What is collected if you only read the site
Without your consent we set no measurement cookies at all. Google Analytics loads in a cookieless state (Consent Mode v2, defaulting to denied): an anonymous signal about the visit is sent, with no identifiers and nothing written to your device. If you accept measurement, Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set for up to 24 months and record which pages and sections you saw, what you clicked and how far you scrolled. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed by clearing site data.
What is collected if you fill in a form
Your name, phone number, e-mail, venue type and whatever you write in the message. We use them solely to contact you about your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR / Article 12(1)(2) of the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act). We keep them for [retention — suggested: 24 months from last contact], then delete them.
Who the data is shared with
Google Ireland Limited as an analytics processor, and only if you accepted measurement. Data may be transferred outside Serbia and the EU under standard contractual clauses. Form data is not sold and is not passed to anyone except [CRM / e-mail provider], which processes it on our instructions.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Write to info@garlic.rs and we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, Belgrade.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new date appears under the title. Material changes are announced on the site before they take effect.
