With Till and dining room
The round is entered at the table. The kitchen already sees it.
The waiter opens a table on their own phone, enters the round beside the guest and sends it. Food goes to the kitchen screen, drinks to the bar, and the waiter is told when the food is ready.
HOW IT WORKS AT THE TABLE
From the order to the plate, without a walk to the till.
Picks a table
The room is on the phone, in the same colours as on the till. Their own tables show at once, with the amount and the time.
Enters the round beside the guest
A dish with its size, extras and a note. Before sending, they see what goes to the kitchen and what goes to the bar.
Is told when it is done
When the kitchen finishes the round, a notification reaches the waiter whose table it is. The bill waits at the till, with every round on it.
WHAT YOU GET
The pad and pen stay in the drawer.
The room on a phone
The dining room, the terrace and the bar, with free and taken tables. Someone else’s table stays locked until a colleague or a manager hands it over.
A round with every option
Size, extras, “no onion” and a note for the kitchen, the same as on the till.
Kitchen and bar, separately
One round, two tickets. Food goes to the kitchen, drinks to the bar, in the same second.
A search that forgives
“cevapi” finds “Ćevapi”. A dish is found in two or three letters, without scrolling the menu.
Works when the signal drops
An entered round is kept on the phone and goes by itself as soon as the connection is back.
A wrong item, with approval
The waiter asks for it to be taken off, the manager approves. Who, what and why stays on record.
NO NEW EQUIPMENT
The phone the waiter already has.
No handheld terminals and no special devices. The waiter signs in on their own phone and works the same shift, with the same tables and bills the till sees.

QUESTIONS
What owners ask most often
Do waiters need a special device?
No. They work on their own phones, in the browser, with nothing to install. Apps for iPhone and Android are coming to the stores soon.
Which plan includes the waiter on a phone?
It is part of the Till and floor plan add-on, with the Plus or PRO plan, 4.990 din a month.
What if the phone loses the internet in the middle of a round?
The round the waiter entered is kept on the phone and sends itself when the connection is back. The kitchen gets it as soon as it arrives.
How does the waiter know the food is ready?
When the kitchen marks the round as ready, a notification reaches the waiter whose table it is. The phone also shows the status of every round: received, being prepared, ready.
The next round leaves straight from the table.
We set the system up in 24 hours and train the waiters on live orders. The first month is free.
