Delivery zones and per-zone pricing
Zones are drawn on a map (radius, postcode list or polygon), each with its own fee, minimum basket and estimated time. The guest sees straight away whether you deliver to them and what it costs.

Delivery is a service you add on top of everything else. All it takes is knowing whose bag it is, where it goes, and when it was handed over.

Every bag is marked
When a round leaves the kitchen, the kitchen or the bar prints a slip with the order number, the contents, the guest’s number and the amount — or the word PAID. The kitchen tags it, the driver takes only their own.

The driver takes the order themselves
From a shared queue of deliveries waiting for a driver — two drivers cannot take the same one. An open app means the driver is on shift.

Status and an estimate, not a map
The guest follows the status from the link in their confirmation — received, preparing, ready, on the way, delivered — and an estimate that shifts when the kitchen backs up.

Confirmed with the amount, cash-up per driver
"Delivered" asks for the amount in hand before confirming. At the end of the shift each driver has their own count of deliveries and cash collected.
