Shift roster and attendance
A weekly roster with a coverage warning for gaps in kitchen, till or driver cover, by time interval, not by day. Clock-in/out by PIN or card, lateness logged after 10 minutes of tolerance.

Outgoing and incoming invoices, a partner register, "invoice" as a till payment method — you choose whether the guest still gets a fiscal receipt or it runs as pure catering. Runs in sandbox mode until a key is entered.
