ROLES

Kitchen

A kiosk account, one screen, one logout button. Three columns and two timers per ticket say exactly what is next.

A day on shift

  1. Signs in on the kitchen account

The app drops the whole portal frame and leaves just the ticket wall — the kitchen needs no printer and no desktop app.

  2. Accepts a round, picks a prep time

Five time offers with a suggestion already marked, computed from the slowest dish in the round.

  3. Watches two timers per ticket

The current column and the total since ordering — the second is the one the guest feels when a dish arrives late.

  4. Two taps to mark "ready"

The first tap arms the button for 10 seconds; confirmation comes before sending, not after, because the message to the guest cannot be taken back.

  5. Drinks never take space on the wall

Bar items do not count as kitchen work — a drinks-only round never shows up here at all.
