A day on shift

  1. Opens the app on their phone

    "Waiting" and "Mine" lists, with counts — an open app is all it takes to be on shift.

  2. Takes a delivery from the queue

    From the shared queue of deliveries waiting for a driver; two drivers cannot take the same order.

  3. Navigates to the guest

    A delivery card with the address and straight-line distance; a button hands the destination to Google Maps.

  4. Confirms "Delivered" with the amount

    The amount in hand is compared with the amount on screen before confirming, not after.

  5. Checks their own history

    Delivery count and cash in hand, by day, week or month.
