The customer base, offers and coupons, ratings and guest messages.
What is the customer database and how does it fill up?
It fills up by itself: everyone who orders from your web shop or by phone gets a card under their phone number, with order history, spend, most ordered dishes and ratings. Guests at a table do not go into the database. The customer database is part of the Plus and PRO plans.

How does the system recognise regular guests and those who have stopped ordering?
Every night guests get labels: VIP, regular, new and at risk. “At risk” is a guest who used to order regularly and is now much later than usual. You filter the guest list by label.
Can I keep a note on a guest, for example an allergy?
Yes. Every guest has one restaurant note, for example an allergy or “always without onion”. Only your venue sees it: neither the guest nor other venues.
Can I block a guest who places fake orders?
Yes. A block asks for a reason and records who set it and when. A blocked guest cannot order on the site or by phone, nor write you messages, until you lift the block.
Are there loyalty points for guests?
Yes, with Plus and PRO. You decide how many dinars of food and drink earn a point; points are credited when the order is delivered. Whether points can be spent as a discount, and what they are worth, is a separate switch. Bills at a table earn no points.

What kinds of promotions can I create?
A discount as a percentage or an amount, free delivery, “buy N, get M” and a free dish with a purchased one. A promotion applies by itself, with a promo code, or the guest earns it as a personal coupon. Promotions are part of the Plus and PRO plans.

Can two promotions add up on the same order?
No. One order takes one promotion. If the guest types a code, that code applies. With no code, the system itself applies the automatic promotion that saves the guest the most.
Can I give a guest a coupon for the next order?
Yes. Set up a promotion the guest earns: they get a personal code when their order is delivered or when they leave a rating. The code for a delivered order arrives in the delivery e-mail, if they left an address. You choose how many days the coupon is valid.
Can I send a coupon to a particular guest?
Yes, by e-mail, from the guest’s card. An offer goes only to a guest who agreed to receive offers when ordering. An apology coupon, after a complaint or a bad rating, goes to the e-mail on the order even without that consent.
Can I create a promotion only for new or only for regular guests?
Yes. A promotion can apply only to new, regular or at-risk guests, and that is checked at checkout. It cannot be limited to VIP guests only, nor to delivery only or pickup only.
Can I set up a happy hour or a discount on certain days only?
Yes. For a promotion you choose the days of the week, the hours from–to (past midnight too), the dates and a monthly repeat, for example the last Friday of the month. You can also limit the total number of uses and how many times one guest uses it.

Can someone leave a fake rating for my venue?
No. A rating is left only by a guest who ordered, only once the order is delivered, and only once per order. Staff cannot rate on a guest’s behalf.
How does a guest leave a rating?
On the page of their order, once it is delivered. If they left an e-mail, a rating link arrives in the delivery e-mail. They give an overall rating and can also rate the food, the delivery, the ordering and each dish separately. Orders at a table are not rated.
Can I reply to a guest’s rating?
Yes. You write the reply next to the rating. The guest sees it with their order and gets it by e-mail, if they left one. The reply stands in the restaurant’s name, without the name of the staff member.
Are guest ratings visible on my site?
You decide whether stars and sorting by rating are shown next to dishes; ratings are collected even while that is off. When rating, the guest chooses whether their rating may be shown. You read guest comments in the portal; they are not published on the site.

Can a guest send me a message through the site?
Yes, with Plus and PRO. The guest writes from your web shop, after signing in with a code. The message arrives in Messages in the portal, with the order it is about. The guest sees your reply on the order page and gets it by e-mail, if they left one.
Does the system itself remind guests who have not ordered for a long time?
It can, if you turn it on in Settings. A guest who has not ordered for 30 days, and agreed to offers, gets one e-mail until they order again. If you run a “Guest returns” promotion, the e-mail carries a coupon; without it, it is a short reminder.
Does a guest have to agree before I send them offers?
Yes. When ordering, the guest ticks that they want the restaurant’s offers and discounts, and without that no offers reach them. Every such e-mail has a one-click unsubscribe.
